I can help you get him. I got him with some stat boosting and 3 level 300+ characters. Laharl is the best for beating all the extra battles. +50% damage to monsters pwns.

Ok. Now that the power is on, I can actually say something more >:

Well, the thing is, you're gonna wanna beat the game first. Sure, people want to play with Laharl, but... it's just something you got to do. You'll be able to mess around a whole lot more after beating the game once. Somethings don't happen unless you go through the game a second time. Also, when restarting that game, I suggest you try to get 60 felonies before chapter 9. If you don't, you'll miss out one of the games best items.

Oh, btw, you'll want to do the Kurtis fights... It's the only way to get the Legendary Accelerator, as well as the Legendary DoE ID card. If you try to do these on your first try, they'll be hard, but do-able. You can try to do this one extra battle, where you need a person with 30 felonies, I believe, but there's not much you gain form it D:

Finally... leveling up. Well, first off, when I say leveling up, I just don't mean the characters. I mean the items. A character with leveled up weapons and armor can take on enemies above double their level. Or even around 4 times their level XD!!

I really suggest you get a mage, a Prinny God (or a Wood Golem, but they have very little movement, compared to a Prinny God), and...honestly, the rest are special characters. You need to atleast level up Adell or Yukimaru, as they'll be your strongest characters the game just gives you. I prefer Yukimaru myself, she just comes out on top.You may not get holy strike a lot, but, if you do, you can basically rape most enemies XD Adell can do more damage, but, for some reason, Yukimaru just feels more dependable. Eh, your choice. All the other storyline characters are alright...You'll want to make sure Rozalin gets Kneel before me, and Hanako gets a bunch of her stat boosters XD Also, having a few other stat boosters would help. Tink can also do some good damage, though, he's limited to his four abilities. Don't ignore him, but don't depend on him XD

Get felonies, level up your weapons (God's Hand, Excalibur, Satan's Motor, and Infernal Staff are going to be things you'll want to look for while leveling up items. Make sure to have a thief!!), and other equipment(Infernal armor, and the special items you acquired. Infernal armor needs to be stolen as well D: )

From leveling up items, you should gain a few levels. Now it's time to try your luck at the Cave of Ordeals( I believe it was. It was Cave of something or Cavern of something). You'll be aiming for Ordeal 4, which will be your leveling up spot for a long long time. I'll let you figure out what to do. Just...don't. Attempt. Ordeal 5. At all.

You will die.

Anyway, if you got enough felonies, you'll be gaining levels faster than a prostitute gathers STIs. Hell, if you got a shit load, you should be gaining levels from people HALF your level everytime. Throw as many people as you can into that court panel : D Also, use the stronger enemy bill, as it will help you gain levels madly D: I got Yukimaru from level 500 some to 1000 in about 15 minutes XD And she didn't even have that many felonies.

Uhh... I guess all I have to say XD After you get Flonne and Laharl, they should join Adell, Yukimaru, your mage, and your damage absorbing Prinny. Also, make sure to level up your thief while you're at it. They're actually good fighters if you allow them range, steal some stats, and equip things that go along with their aptitude. Give Flonne a mage and healer as a student, teach her every Tera spell and a bunch of status restoring, stat boosting, and Omega Heal. She'll act as your healer(she's the best at healing, as her description says), and as secondary stat booster and mage. She takes hits better than both, I believe, too.

Only one more thing I can suggest is invest time into lovers. They pop up on an item a characters uses a lot, and they can boost stats and increase their innate abilities, like a Wood Golem's regeneration.

You don't need to know much more than that XP Unless you want to get every tiny edge you can. Like a Mage Knights innate boosting of their element alignments. God, people obsess over doing more damage than the game would normally allow.

Yeah XD Felonies are going to be your saving grace XD Plus, they're necessary to get quite a few extra battles, as I mentioned. Just be careful using them in the dark sun world, even if they have one felony.

You can have a max of 99 displayed felonies, and 300 undisplayed Felonies. You can get a +300% boost in exp for a character if you get the max 300 undisplayed felonies. If you reincarnate into a Prinny, you'll still have the undisplayed felonies. I don't even have 300 undisplayed felonies myself yet(Higher level felonies give you more per court visit), and my levels are shooting up.

You're welcome XD I'm still leveling up to beat Zetta... He's at level 2000, but his stats are insane even without equipment... And his special attack is devastating. He took out my level 1100 Laharl in one hit with one of his specials >: And he had insanely boosted equipment XD
